- Only CASH or BANK transfer payments are acceptable at the resort due to the absence of telephone lines

- Check-out time is at 12:00 hrs
- Check-in time is at 14:00 hrs
- Check-out extension ( PHP 200 per hour )
- Daily rate applies for extensions over 6 hours

- The total number of persons in a room is strictly observed. The management reserves the right to refuse additional occupancy

- Housekeeping is upon guest's request and preferably should be done with a guest in the room

- We have "hot and cold shower" facilities
