Reservation Policy

In order to confirm your booking, an advance payment equivalent to fifty percent (50%) of the total cost is required. All payments should be deposited into our company PNB account. Please keep the Deposit Slip/Official Receipt and show it upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations should be made not less than seven (7) days prior to your arrival, otherwise the deposited amount will be forfeited to our favor. However, if your booking is moved to a later date but not beyond one (1) month from the original date, the deposit can still be applied.
